Hello,
Recently i had purchased this micromax Q55 phone.i was very happy with it since it was very handy and had so many great feautures.
one day while walking on the pavement it happened that i was receiving a call,so while taking out my cellphone from my pocket, it fell down.after this i answered my call but couldn't hear him.
i soon noticed that my phone was on handset mode.i was neither able to answer any calls nor could change the user mode.i had also went to nearest micromax gallery.they said the earplug holder is not made by them, it is made by yamaha; for repairing it they asked for Rs.300. Well, this solution will do it for FREE!
after getting free from work i looked upon my phone and striked a solution:
i wanted to get rid of the handset mode,i made a comparison that when we pull out the ear plug it says ear plugs are out, so just with the help of my nokia charger pin i manually created friction in it and 'miracle' it said ear plugs are out.
if this does not work there is a temporary solution:
when i received a call, i answer it with a loudspeaker mode and turn the mute off, if its on.This way atleast i continued progressing with my work for a few hours.
Coclusion
Take something like a small pin or something(try it with a pen or pencil), i did with the help of my nokia charger pin. put it into the hole of where earplugs are inserted, create friction in the hole with the help of the pin, you will see the message on the screen that earplugs are out
These solutions should work with you.
Kindly leave back your feedback.
Thank you

DeleteVery thanks,I am Padmanaban from India, When I did as u said to take any pin, or needle (i used) and put it into the hole of where earplugs are inserted, and created a friction in the hole with the help of the long needle, I see the message on the screen that earplugs are out. After that my phone is working properly and profile set to general. Thanks....
